Chris Boer

Chris is a passionate outdoorsman whose interests in farming, hunting, and fishing first sparked while spending his youngest years on a dairy farm in southern Missouri. After relocating to mid-Missouri, he put down roots outside a rural community and delved into his love for the outdoors.

Early in his career, Chris invested 16 years in establishing himself as a knowledgeable, reliable electrician. His work spanned residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and earned multiple leadership roles, including electrical foreman. In 2021, Chris pivoted to a career better aligned with his personal interest in working the land. He began baling custom hay, later adding in row crop farming. Most recently, Chris has endorsed his long-held desire to connect customers with their perfect piece of land, becoming a licensed Land Sales Specialist with KILOTERRA.

Nearly 10 years ago, while riding side-by-sides on his honeymoon in the Rocky Mountains, Chris spotted a real estate sign posted on a trail-side tree. He was instantly hooked on the idea of marrying his affinity for the outdoors and his inclination toward building relationships. Fast forward to 2025, and he is enthusiastically welcoming this opportunity.

Chris has nurtured relationships with multi-generational farming families, recreational hunters, dedicated outdoor enthusiasts, and more, developing his desire to connect folks with their ideal property. He appreciates the hard work it takes to invest in land, and he is here to help clients achieve their goals by finding them their perfect spot.

He is a dedicated husband and father to (4) awesome kids. They spend “spare time” tending to hogs, goats, and chickens. He often volunteers at his home church and is invested in the success of his community.

Chris has earned the Part 107 FAA license, enabling him to capture stellar photos and videos of any listing. He works hard to ensure each client feels like the only client and that they feel at home when working with KILOTERRA.
