Southwest Missouri native Nathan Ervin is passionate about helping people find the right piece of land to create lasting memories, build family traditions, and invest in their future. Born and raised in the region and a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, Nathan has a deep appreciation for the land, wildlife, and outdoor lifestyle that make the Midwest unique.

 

Nathan brings a strong background in professional sales and relationship management to his role as a land real estate agent with KILOTERRA. His experience working closely with clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through important decisions allows him to provide a level of service built on communication, trust, and attention to detail.

 

Outside of real estate, Nathan spends as much time outdoors as possible. An avid bowhunter and fly fisherman, he enjoys chasing whitetails in the fall and targeting smallmouth bass with a fly rod on Ozark streams. These experiences have shaped his belief that land ownership offers far more than a financial investment—it creates opportunities for families and friends to connect with the outdoors and build memories that can last for generations.
