Wyatt Jackson

Raised on a farm in west-central Missouri, Wyatt Jackson’s roots in agriculture and the outdoors run deep. From helping raise cattle to riding on his dad’s shoulders in the marsh, Wyatt developed a lifelong passion for the land at an early age – one that continues to shape his life and career today.

Wyatt operates a small farm in his hometown in Bates County, where he runs cattle, custom bales hay, and spends as much time as possible in the woods and on the water hunting and fishing with his wife and children. The land isn’t just where he works, it’s where he lives, learns, and builds memories with his family.

Wyatt graduated from Missouri Western State University with a degree in Wildlife Conservation biology. Following graduation, Wyatt worked as a ranch manager and in the hunting industry as a salesman. Through hard work and dedication, he helped develop one of the top deer and turkey habitats in the state, further sharpening his expertise in land management and habitat development.

In 2022, Wyatt began searching for a career that truly aligned with his skills, values, and long-term goals. After extensive conversations and soul-searching, every path led him back to land- specifically, a career as a Land Sales Specialist with KILOTERRA.

Wyatt has built strong professional relationships and lasting friendships across many industries and states. He has a natural ability to connect with people and can talk comfortably with anyone about land, land management, and the potential a property holds.

A devoted husband and father of three, Wyatt is passionate about passing on the values of hard work, dedication, and appreciation for the outdoors to his children. He also enjoys mentoring and giving back as a youth coach and volunteer with Hope in the Outdoors and other youth programs.

As a Land Specialist with KILOTERRA, Wyatt understands that this role is more than a job- it’s a responsibility, a lifestyle, and a commitment. With deep respect for the land and firsthand experience managing it, Wyatt is prepared to guide clients towards their future and help them find their dream property.
