From Des Moines, Take Hwy 5 South about 1 miles past Attica to G71.  Turn East on G 71 and go roughly 1 mile to 218th Pl.  Turn left (North) and then right at the “T” intersection.  You’ll now be on 220th Ave.  At the next intersection (Reagan St), the Farm is on both the East and West sides of the road, north of the intersection, and West side, South of the intersection.  Look for signs.
