Chris Wearmouth is an experienced land agent with a passion for helping landowners and farmers buy and sell land locally here in Iowa. Chris has helped clients buy/sell $20+ Million in farms and recreational property. Having grown up on his family farm in central Iowa and living in rural Iowa for over 25 years, Chris is an expert in the local land market.

Communication is of utmost importance to Chris in working with his clients. He believes that open and transparent communication is essential for building strong relationships and ensuring that clients needs are met. Chris actively listens to his client’s needs, understands their goals, and provides clear and timely updates throughout the entire buying or selling process.

Chris is always readily available to address any questions or concerns that may arise, keeping clients informed and empowered to make informed decisions along the way.

After graduating from Iowa State University with an engineering degree, Chris managed multimillion-dollar projects in Iowa and Nebraska. In 2018, Chris started his career in helping landowners and farmers navigate the process of buying and selling land in Iowa. With a solid background in project management and a keen understanding of the land market, Chris brings a
unique perspective to every transaction, as well as the skills and expertise to effectively drive and manage the buying and selling process.

Chris, his wife Steph, and daughter Margot live in Adel. He enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors in his time off, as well as spending time with family and friends. He is an amateur weather enthusiast, and while you might not find him chasing storms across the landscape you may be able to find some updates from him online!
