About Paul West
I grew up on my family’s farm, right next door to my grandparents. From an early age, I learned the value of hard work, the importance of family, and what it means to be connected to the land. The farm has always been more than just a place—it’s home. It’s where I was raised, and it’s where I’ve had the privilege of raising my own children with the same traditions and values. Some of my best memories are outdoors—hunting, fishing, or simply cruising the gravel roads while scouting the local deer herd. Those experiences shaped who I am and deepened my respect for the land and all it provides.
After graduating from Salisbury High School, I pursued my welding certification and began a career that took me through a variety of trades. Over the years, I’ve run heavy machinery, farmed, landscaped, built and repaired through carpentry, and worked as a general handyman. Most recently, I worked in fiber construction, managing projects that required attention to detail, coordination, and a strong work ethic. Each of these roles gave me a unique perspective on the practical side of land—how it can be used, developed, and cared for. That hands-on knowledge is something I now carry into my role as a Land Agent with KILOTERRA.
While I enjoyed those careers, I’ve always carried with me a goal: to become a Land Agent. Land is more than an asset—it’s a legacy. It represents freedom, opportunity, and a chance to build something lasting for the next generation. Like many of my clients, I dream of owning more land myself, land I can someday pass down to my children. That personal connection drives me to treat every client’s goals as if they were my own, which is why I’m proud to serve as a Land Agent with KILOTERRA.
As part of the KILOTERRA team, my mission is to help people achieve their dreams of land ownership—whether that’s a farm to work, a property to hunt, or a place to build a home and raise a family. I understand firsthand that land isn’t just dirt and acres—it’s memories, values, and the foundation of a life well-lived. I look forward to putting my experience, dedication, and passion for the outdoors to work for you!
