About Josh Anderson
Josh Anderson is a passionate outdoorsman who grew up in Northeast Nebraska in his hometown of Hartington, NE. He was introduced to hunting at a young age by his dad, which sparked a lifelong love for the outdoors. Josh still lives in Hartington with his wife, Sheila, their 10-month-old son, Rylan, and their two German Shorthaired Pointers, Koda and Kruz.
Josh enjoys archery deer hunting, turkey hunting, upland game, and bass fishing on local farm ponds. His family owns 80 acres of recreational ground just northeast of Hartington, where they spend a great deal of time together. He takes pride in land management and enjoys doing whatever he can to improve the property for wildlife, whether that’s planting sorghum plots for pheasants or establishing food plots for deer.
Josh has a strong background in video production and drone work and has been a licensed FAA drone pilot since 2017. He has owned and operated his business, Visual Motion, for nine years and has been working full-time in the business since 2022. He has filmed a wide range of properties, working with businesses across many industries to create high-impact marketing content.
His passion for visual storytelling, combined with hands-on experience in land management, makes Josh uniquely equipped to help clients achieve their goals. Actively managing and improving his family’s recreational ground gives him firsthand insight into what landowners value—habitat quality, long-term potential, and the character of the property. Using high-quality aerial imagery and strategic visuals, Josh presents each property in a way that attracts serious buyers and emphasizes its full potential.
Josh takes pride in building honest, long-term relationships and approaches every property as if it were his own. He is licensed in the state of Nebraska.
Whether you’re looking to sell your land or explore purchasing property, Josh would be happy to help you understand your options and achieve your goals.
