From Redfield: Travel North on the Redfield Hwy (El Passo Ave) for about 3/4 mile.  Turn left (West) on Linden Rd and travel about 3.5 miles.  Turn right (North) on Beaumont Ave. and go 1/2 mile.  You will arrive at the SW corner of the farm, which lies on the Right (East) side of the road.
