About Chris Wearmouth

Raised in Dallas County, many of my early years were spent hunting Guthrie and Adair Counties with my dad. I believe those early hunting trips set the foundation for my lifelong connection to the outdoors. After high school, that passion drove me to pursue a degree in Environmental Engineering at Iowa State University. In 2013, I graduated and began my career in Construction Management with a large engineering firm in Omaha, NE.

For 5 years I managed several multi-million-dollar construction projects. The work was challenging, and certainly helped me develop a strong ability to solve complex problems. However, in 2018, my wife and I moved back to Adel to be closer to family and get back to our roots. Once again, my passion for land led me toward a new career, and I pursued the opportunity to specialize in Land sales within the real estate industry.

Over the years, I’ve developed an appreciation for the connection landowners have with the land they own. In such a strong farming economy, land isn’t only providing income; it’s also their legacy. And when it’s time to sell that asset, having the right person there to make sure everything goes smoothly and tackle problems as quickly as they arise can make all the difference in the bottom line.

With my formal training in Environmental Engineering and experience handling high value assets, I have the skills necessary to ensure your sale or purchase goes to plan.  When you’re ready, I am committed to making your next real estate transaction an exceptional experience.
