Description

Located in an area surrounded by large tract landowners and some big names in the hunting industry, this Clarke County property has what it takes to produce big whitetails. Approximately 5.5 miles northwest of Van Wert, this 72-acre property connects with over 3 square miles of timber, farmland, and pasture with no through roads.

Just one mile north of the Decatur County line, this recreational tract has all of the qualities that you look for in a hunting property. A good balance of open grass fields and cover gives you many options. This property contains a creek, small pond, thick brushy draws, and some beautiful oak hickory timber.

A hill within the first one hundred yards of the gravel road and timber on the other side means the back portion of the property is very secluded with no worry about being seen from the road. Two big bottom fields boast 70+ CSR2 soils, which could make for some excellent destination food plots or multiple strategically placed smaller plots if desired.

This farm is offered together with the 41-acre farm to the North, which can be seen here on our site as well.
